The lovely Villa is very comfortable, located in a tranquil area and provides beautiful sea-views from all areas.
The bright lounge is a place where you can relax after a day in the sunshine and meals can be taken in the adjoining dining area, or Al-Fresco by the swimming pool (optionally heated), where you have a covered built in barbecue.
From the carport, stairs lead down to the front door. On this floor are the three bedrooms (2 king doubles and one with two single beds) and the two bathrooms (one en-suite, the other a shared family bathroom). Stairs lead down to the open plan living space with those lovely sea-views, which opens to the south facing outdoor garden and pool deck with outdoor furniture, sunloungers and umbrella. The large kitchen is fully equipped and modern.
The good-sized heated (optionally) swimming pool is at the front edge of the garden and allows superb views of the sea and surrounding countryside. In a shaded area is a built-in Madeira barbecue and dining table and chairs. Behind the kitchen is the games room with ping pong table and darts.
